The Textile Arts Center is preparing for their upcoming Opening Reception for Cycle 4 Artists in Residence and I'm spreading the word! I have been mentoring the artists throughout their residency and I guarantee you the work is amazing. Hope you can all make it next Tuesday night!
Cycle 4 Artists in Residence Opening Reception on September 17, 7-10PM, @ The Invisible Dog!
The exhibition features work from Eleanor Anderson, Lucia Cuba, Mandy Kordal, Kristin Morrison, Kate Parvenski, and Kelly Valletta -- and is culmination of nine months of hard work by these six talented artists and designers.
TAC equips emerging artists & designers with the skills they need to articulate their practices and contribute to their communities. As a resource for professional development, the Artists in Residence program combines interdisciplinary learning with a deep focus on technical and business development. The AIR program empowers participants to actively manage their own endeavors and careers, and to share their skills with a greater community.
